Hi, you have supported my ban however would we be able to discuss your reasonings and both sides on here so we can see each other’s sides in a civil way thanks. Wiki Facts fixer (talk) 19:57, 19 August 2019 (UTC)

I've read your discussions with others, and on ANI. I don't have much else to say other than what has already been said. Canvassing isn't a good way to get people to change their minds, either. Frood 01:45, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
my intention isn’t to make people change their minds, my purpose is to understand reasonings and explain my own peacefully because I have only done in my edits what I was advised to do in the past. Wiki Facts fixer (talk) 18:25, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
I echo what Jorm and Jéské Couriano have said. Your conversation with Jayjg just shows that you still don't understand what's wrong or why. If you can't do that, I can't help you. There are millions of pages here, so if you want to contribute constructively you can do it without changing the nationality/ethnicity of athletes. Frood 18:58, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
Ok but my point is this - why throughout all my time have I been threatened to be reported for disruptive editing and told the only way to avoid my ban/report is to edit in line with national team. This is why it is so confusing because no matter what I do it seems to be wrong. Why are users telling me to do what I have done other wise I get banned so then I do it and then other users report me and tell me I’ll be banned. I encourage you to put yourself in my shoes, can’t you see how this is so confusing and doesn’t make clear sense to me. Wiki Facts fixer (talk) 01:40, 21 August 2019 (UTC)
Several people have explained reasoning several times. I don't think there's anything further I can say that hasn't been said. Frood 04:05, 21 August 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to WP:ANI, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "publish changes" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Frood 20:57, 20 August 2019 (UTC)

Uh...did you really mean to template yourself with the "show preview" warning? creffpublic a creffett franchise (talk to the boss) 16:24, 21 August 2019 (UTC)
Yes. Special:Diff/911742483 and the two prior. Frood 18:18, 21 August 2019 (UTC)

Coquitlam College wiki page

Hello, I see you have deleted parts of the changes I made to the Coquitlam College wiki page. I have since changed parts of the Mission statement, which I believe was the section which caused issue. I am learning as I am doing, and have paraphrased and cited the reference. Could you tell me how to have the banner "copyright infringement" removed from the wiki page? I work for Coquitlam College and am trying to improve the wiki page. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Coquitlamcollege1982 (talkcontribs) 17:39, 22 August 2019 (UTC)

Hi @Coquitlamcollege1982: The page does look better now. The copyright banner will need to stay on there for now. It's just asking for an administrator to hide some of the revisions that had copyrighted material on it. Once they do that, it'll be taken off. Since you mentioned that you work for the college, I would suggest you take a look at our paid-contribution policy if your employer is paying you to make these edits, and our conflict of interest policy. Let me know if you have any other questions! You can also check out the Teahouse, where you can meet both new and experienced editors, and ask any questions you may have.
