Clitocybula ellipsospora

edit

In the referenced material it states Clitocybula ellipsospora is proposed as a new species based on morphological (macro- and microscopic) and molecular characters. Can you provide reliable secondary sources that confirm that it has been recognised as a separate species. Dan arndt (talk) 09:02, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Dan arndt would an index fungorium entry be enough, im not aware of any research other than the describing paper, and all news articles are referencing the original paper. FungiFriendly (talk) 09:12, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
That's why I asked the question, as I did a quick search online and everything came back to the same source. I looked at Index Fungorum but it also appears to reference the same authors. If you can find something independent confirming the recognition of the species I'd be happy to review the draft. Dan arndt (talk) 09:20, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Dan arndt thanks ive got an alert up so hopefully if something turns up I'll be able to update FungiFriendly (talk) 09:51, 3 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
