An Invite to join Saskatchewan WikiProject

edit

Hi, you are graciously extended an invitation to join the Saskatchewan WikiProject! The Saskatchewan WikiProject is a fairly new WikiProject. We are a group of editors who are dedicated to creating, revising, and expanding articles, lists, categories, and Wikiprojects, to do with anything Saskatchewan.

As you have shown an interest in Mix 101fm we thought you might like to take an interest in this growing WikiProject.
Please assist with any ongoing requests
You might like to take an extra interest in our To Do list
Another project dedicated to Saskatchewan is the Saskatchewan Roads and Highways Wikiproject
Also, a descendant project for Saskatchewan is the WikiProject Saskatchewan Communities & Neighbourhoods
We look forward to welcoming you to the project! SriMesh | talk 03:29, 4 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Power 99 and Mix 101

edit

Canadian radio station articles on Wikipedia are titled with their government-issued call signs, not their on-air branding names. Both of your articles have been redirected to the articles that already existed on the stations at their proper titles. This is a required policy of WikiProject Radio Stations, because of the various problems that can be created by using brand names instead (for example, what if another station in another city uses the same brand name?), and is not really something we can make exceptions for just because one user thinks their own local stations should be given special treatment.
