Hi,

I think the topic still has potential. Those references that acknowledge for funding can be used to prove that funding was supplied for that research, but they don't include any substantial writing about the organisation. Even if they did it would not count as independent writing. See if you can find where other people have written about European Sequencing and Genotyping Infrastructure. Paywalling is not a problem in itself, it just makes it so that reviewers cannot check. But if the title or abstract give a clue that the writing is about the group, that would be sufficient.
