Hi Garethbot, sorry if this process has a bit frustrating - could I ask what "hbot" means? I assume it's a name or something from a different language, but if we're going to unpack this issue it would be helpful to know more about why it's "Garet hbot" and not what most English speakers would parse as "Gareth bot".
