Hello GavinoGavv. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Draft:Naomi Bristow, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Making new pages is not for newcomers.

Hi GavinoGavv,

I see your interest in Naomi Bristow, and the MfD of Draft:Naomi Bristow.

Thanks for trying, but I think you have been ill-advised to start your Wikipedia editing with the creation of a new page on a topic that can be associated with promotion. When you do this, Wikipedians are highly skeptical of you motivations (WP:PAID?), and the bar for acceptance of such new pages is high.

Reading your comments, I think that you do not understand Wikipedia. To better understand it, as an editor, you need some experience. Find some existing articles related to your interested, and improve them. See also WP:DUD. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 02:39, 17 September 2019 (UTC)

For you to tell me I “don’t understand Wikipedia” is hilarious. You tell me that my sole intention of coming on here is to make this article and leave? You don’t know my intentions with this website. And telling me my article on “Naomi Bristow” isn’t allowed isn’t fair. What do you call articles about Taylor Swift and other artists like that? That is promotion technically. And if you say it is “informational” then so is my article about Naomi Bristow. My article is informational and has 8 sources to back that up with (small article). I believe that I know A LOT more about Wikipedia than you think I do.

I didn’t realize I was supposed to sign my name after every one of my comments/responses to admins on here. If the draft is ok, then why does it keep getting declined? Makes no sense. The reasons I am being given aren’t really true. --GavinoGavv (talk) 13:02, 17 September 2019 (EST)

Someone else is agreeing. Maybe you have been completely right all along, I can't explain my first response. We are all hobbyist volunteers, and sometimes, me at least, post with the brain only half engaged. Upcoming young musicians are frequently spammed on Wikipedia, and I guess there was a knee-jerk reaction and we fell in line with the same reaction. Sorry.

The page is at WP:MFD, where process rules call for a 7 day discussion, so it is stuck there for a few more days.
