editHello, I'm Tek022. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Sehome High School, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Tek022 | Talk 03:48, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- Hi! Unfortunately there is no webpage that can verify this because it happened in the 90s and media coverage was lacking. Do you have any advice regarding sources that would work in this case? Gbem419 (talk) 04:05, 10 January 2022 (UTC)

editHello, I'm Leventio. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Royal Bank of Canada have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. - @Leventio hi! This wasn't a soap box comment. I think it's historically important and interesting to include this information somewhere on the page. Maybe other buildings have been repurposed as well. What do you think? Gbem419 (talk) 19:30, 26 November 2022 (UTC)
- A listing of past historical buildings used by the bank is not pertinent to the article's construction and explaining its banking operations. And if we are to include details on past historical structures used (which we wouldn't given how it amounts to WP:MISCELLANY detailing), we would only go in so far as to what the bank actually did in said building, and not what occurred with those buildings after (i.e. we would not list the many past historical tenants of said buildings). Also, you inserted it in the WP:LEAD, which is not the place for miscellaneous details (especially details not explored in the actual article body).
- Postscript: Also, if we are really getting to it, you're citing a primary source. A bar of measuring whether or not something is notable enough for inclusion (in its own primary article, let alone in an article it has a very tangential relation to) is whether or not you can find mention of it in secondary sourcing.
