Gemma at Yorkshire Sculpture Park
Welcome!
editHello, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Yorkshire Sculpture Park, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! 10mmsocket (talk) 17:38, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable, regardless of the username that you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid or compensated in any way, you must disclose who is paying you to edit here.
Please take a moment to either create a new account, or request a username change of your current account here. The new username that you choose must represent you as an individual person, and it must comply with Wikipedia's username policy.- To create a new account with a different username, simply log out of this account and then click here to make a new one.
- If you prefer to change the username on this account, you may do so by adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page here:
{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
.
Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken or in use by another account. You can go here to search and see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is available to be taken.
Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it also identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".
Appeals: If your username does not represent a group, organization, website, or other entity described above, and if you believe that this block was incorrect or made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page here: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
.

editPlease stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Please read WP:COI 10mmsocket (talk) 11:18, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying, you may be blocked from editing. As you are very clearly a paid-employee - the communications manager - of the sculpture park you should take a step back and stop editing. 10mmsocket (talk) 11:19, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use Wikipedia for promotion or advertising, as you did at Yorkshire Sculpture Park. This is not your article even though you are an employee of the article's subject. Please stop now. 10mmsocket (talk) 11:26, 20 December 2022 (UTC)

editNote that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
- When you were originally blocked for your username, you were advised about the expectations for editors who have a WP:conflict of interest, and of the [[paid editing requirements. You should not have been editing that article at all; certainly, you should not have created an alternative account to evade scrutiny. Girth Summit (blether) 11:51, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
