Welcome!

Hello, George Voinescu, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome!   Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Maria-Ana Tupan. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you.   Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Maria-Ana Tupan, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. '''[[User:CanonNi]]''' (talkcontribs) 06:44, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Maria-Ana Tupan shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.   You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you purposefully and blatantly harass other editors. Theroadislong (talk) 08:08, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

I'll second this warning. Your comments about user:Melcous, user:CanonNi and user:Theroadislong at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring are personal attacks. See WP:NPA Meters (talk) 08:16, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

...issuing nonsensical, unfounded 'warnings' to other users. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:54, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hello grandmaster editor! These gentlemen violate the revert rule, they break the wikipedia rules. Any user without a conflict of interest may remove a maintenance template if the issue has been resolved by someone else. George Voinescu (talk) 07:13, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
BUT you DO have a conflict of interest and the issue has NOT been resolved. Theroadislong (talk) 07:15, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Hello Administrators. The users "CanoNi" and "Theroadislong" have made a common front and repeatedly violate the rules of wikipedia. I ask that my actions and edits be respected. I made constructive changes, removed the article's problems, brought sources and information. After all this, I deleted the tags and justified my action. But it seems that they have a personal problem with the subject of the article and have a personal battle with thim in the discussions. These fights of theirs disrupt wikipedia. They take personal revenge on an article, to hit on the subject of the article. George Voinescu (talk) 07:30, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 60 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Jauerbackdude?/dude. 11:52, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
