Thank you for the email. In September 2016, your account was one of several accounts and IP addresses adding irrelevant, disruptive Italian-language content to the article Green home. See the bottom of this history page for most of those edits: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Green_home&dir=prev&offset=20160923141639%7C740821483&limit=100&action=history. Other accounts were User:GiuseppeManna1902 and User:Elelebs. Because you have since contributed constructively to Italian Wikipedia and you appear to have been young when the edits were done 5 years ago, I am lifting the block.
