Oh really! I am feeling sorry for me I could not recognize that! I only remember the "gobeshak" part, that's how Hirak Raja used to address him, am I right? Anyway, nice to meet you Gyanotirtho! So, are you upto creating some brain washing machine?--Dwaipayan (talk) 04:51, 27 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
Hmmm... that's perhaps true. Do have a look at Pather Panchali (film), the article has been improved recently. See how do you like it.--Dwaipayan (talk) 05:34, 27 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Future Work

edit

I don't know if you have your own user page for creating articles. For many different reasons, it's better if you only add an article when it's complete. I usually make articles in my own user space and then copy-and-paste them across. For example user:Gobeshock Gobochondro Gyanotirtho/Sandbox is a link to an, as yet, unmade page. The link is red because the page isn't created. If you click it then you can create an article as normal, edit, preview, save, etc. When it's up to scratch, you can copy-and-paste it over to Wikipedia proper. If you don't like the name Sandbox then just invent one: user:Gobeshock Gobochondro Gyanotirtho/Some Random Name. That way, you won't get tagged and/or pestered. The alternative is simply don't save an article. Work on it, using the preview button. Then only click save when you're ready to go live. Fly by Night (talk) 04:26, 5 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
