xkcd in centrifugal force
editBasically practically all other editors seem to agree that this is highly appropriate in this article; we would prefer to have the actual image in the article, but there's a licensing issue; linking to it is the next best thing.- (User) Wolfkeeper (Talk) 12:46, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- Really? I wasn't aware you had asked all other editors about it. I am perplexed as to why it is highly appropriate to link to xkcd every time something there might be a wikipedia article about is mentioned in the comic. It seems to contradict this: A general site that has information about a variety of subjects should usually not be linked to from an article on a more specific subject. from here: Wikipedia:External_links#Links_normally_to_be_avoided.--GoldenMew (talk) 23:45, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for March 2
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sausage, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 420. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
