To amplify what was said above, we do not refer to someone as being murdered when there has been no conviction for murder. See WP:KILLINGS. It doesn't matter what your personal opinions are. If there is no conviction for murder, then there is no murder. Please do not change Shooting of Daniel Shaver again as you did with this edit. If you have questions, ask.
