Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from Brno-sever to another page. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. For example:

Content in this edit is translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.

It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk page of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, you must add attribution retrospectively, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. The Night Watch (talk) 16:26, 2 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

I think it has mostly to do with not enough sources cited. I took most of the article's content from the Czech version which has the same problem. I guess people don't really care that much about sources on the czech wiki.. But thank you! GreenWolfyVillager (talk) 16:06, 1 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Upload high quality images of the flag and the coat of arms for the city of Peshkopi

edit

@GreenWolfyVillager Hi! I am from Albania and I have seen that you have lastly edited some articles for some cities in Albania. I have a request if you can help. Can you upload two high quality images of the flag and the coat of arms for the city of Peshkopi in Albania, the same photos that are on the article in English, but to be in high resolution, like there are the other flags and the other coat of arms of the other main cities of Albania. I would thank you so much if you will find these images in high resolution and upload them and then replace them on the article for the city of Peshkopi. Thanks Izmirrexha1992 (talk) 16:41, 11 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hey! So I have tried to search for any other versions of this flag, but I have not found any at all, even when searching "peshkopi flamuri" which I'm sure basically translates to flag of peshkopi in albanian.. So I guess the only solution is to maybe, let's say, upscale it on some site? I'm not sure what licensing to use here on wikipedia, but I really haven't found any higher quality versions so far. Update some sections on the article for Tirana, the capital of Albania

edit

@GreenWolfyVillager Hi GreenWolfyVillager! I have requested the flag and the coat of arms for the city of Peshkopi to be uploaded by an Albanian Wikipedia admin who mainly edits articles and media about Albania related fields, however I want from you to contribute to the article of the capital city of Albania, Tirana. I want to ask you, on the photos of the infobox, please can you fit the eighth and ninth photo to look with the dimensions like the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh photos and also the eighth photo to be with the size of the ninth photo on the article (the size of the eighth photo to be narrower (like are the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh photos and the ninth photo to be more wider (like are the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh photos). In addition, please can you make the tenth photo to look like the first photo on the infobox, to be with the dimensions of the first photo on the article (in the case the tenth photo to be more shorter than it is, in order to be with the dimensions of the first photo).

In addition, please make possible to fit all these infobox photos of the article of Tirana on the English Wikipedia to be seen correctly with only a full screen view on the mobile device, as for now, I have to scroll up and down to see every photo and before, when these three photos weren't added I saw all the photos with a full screen view.
