Luis Quintanilla moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Luis Quintanilla, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Luis Quintanilla. Thanks! Dan arndt (talk) 08:37, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
- Dan, I've added the De Gruyter Allgemeines Künstlerlexikon as source. This is the premier global encyclopedia of visual artists and Quintanilla has a multi-page entry. Separately, you can also look up Luis Quintanilla on the Spanish-language Wikipedia site, which has a detailed entry. Given that Nobel-prize winning American author Ernest Hemingway was friends with and supported Quintanilla, it is critical that the English-language Wikipedia database also covers the artist if our aspiration is to be an all encompassing collection of knowledge.
