Battle of Batcombe
editAt the website there where two mentions of a fight in 1643. 1)http://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/som/vol7/pp18-42#p20 It specifically mentions that the event is commemorated therefore they must have won. 2)http://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/som/vol7/pp18-42#anchorn117
Thanks for your edit to Batcombe, Somerset. The reference only supports that a fight took place - can you give a reference for the others claims made?— Rod talk 19:01, 5 March 2017 (UTC)
