Thank you for your attempts to improve the PANDAS articles, but your edits are introducing multiple formatting errors and unencyclopedic additions. Please spend some time discussing your edits on talk and reviewing Wiki policies so that your work won't be lost. WP:MEDMOS may be helpful reading. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 18:35, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- Hi there, if you want the full text of any papers please e-mail me here and I'll see if I can send you the files. As Sandy has noted, this is a pretty controversial area of medicine, so be careful to present both sides of the story! All the best Tim Vickers (talk) 21:29, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- P.S. I've cut down the material you added to Streptococcus pyogenes to a summary and a link to the PANDAS article, since streptococci are a much more general topic than just one disease - that article has to talk about all of them. Tim Vickers (talk) 21:37, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) Some of the papers I listed on talk provide a good overview, consistent with WP:MEDRS and could be very helpful background reading. I hope my hopping right on this doesn't scare you off from additional contributions, Gtg, as I can see you have a sound initial approach to Wiki editing and good medical writing. PANDAS is a very contentious topic, the NIMH information is often unbalanced towards their support of the hypothesis, and it's an area that I care about greatly to the extent that misinformation about PANDAS profoundly impacts upon the lives and health of innocent children. I hope to see you editing more, but discussing edits at talk on controversial aricles is always good. Regards, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 21:41, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
