editThere is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Legal threat. Thank you. Magog the Ogre (t • c) 01:32, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- Please note that I am not trying to get you blocked as a form of one-upmanship. I have no vendetta against you, and hopefully we can get this matter settled when the WP:MASTADON adrenaline cools off. But we simply cannot have people issuing legal threats. - I see the vendetta continues. Interesting to see how an individual's rights here seem to mean nothing, it reminds me of the terror regime in the years after the French Revolution or the way police states work in communist and fascists regimes. No freedom of speech and any attempt by an individual to stand up for themselves will provoke a barrage of unlimited and overwhelming force, killing them off swiftly. I like to think that the contributions I have made over the years and which have all been in my fields of direct expertise (and which by the way I haven't sought to withdraw) actually have improved significantly those pages, but I suspect that was neither here nor there in light of the desire to stamp firmly on any head raised above the parapet. --GuidoGY (talk) 11:05, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- There is no vendetta here. There is, however, the policy that you agreed to when you hit 'submit', stated on every contribition page, that states "By clicking the "Save page" button, you agree to the Terms of Use, and you irrevocably agree to release your contribution under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 License and the GFDL." (emphasis added). - The Bushranger One ping only 11:13, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
