Euraasian talousunioni
editHei, jonkun täytyy olla lähestulkoon sokea, kun Euraasian talousunionia käsittelevä artikkeli on nimetty suomenkielisessä Wikipediassa Euraasian unioniksi. Lisäksi kaikki muunkieliset Wikipediat käyttävät oikeaa nimeä Euraasian talousunioni. --85.76.3.8 (talk) 23:42, 22 February 2015 (UTC)
- This should be discussed in Finnish Wikipedia, and it has been to an end. --Höyhens (talk) 20:56, 24 February 2015 (UTC)
- Niin pitäisi, mutta miten täällä onkaan toimittu? --85.76.4.156 (talk) 14:46, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
- We should talk here about the topics in English. Matters of Finnish Wikipedia should be considered there only. If You have been hindered there, try Your own page, please. I won't discuss more here. --Höyhens (talk) 07:49, 26 February 2015 (UTC)

Käkisalmen lääni
editHei, miksi Käkisalmen lääni on laitettu Suomen alueeseen kuuluneeksi? Samoin täällä. --Area shifts (talk) 00:32, 3 February 2020 (UTC)
- This is a matter of discussion. The sout-eastern borders of Finland have been quite unstable in the history between Novgorod/Russia and Sweden. Well, Finland was hundreds of years only one province (maakunta) of Sweden. Käkisalmen lääni (Kexholm County) was 1580–1595 and 1617–1710 an administrative area of Sweden, like the other Finland, but not exactly a part of Finland. In i.e. Finnish Wikipedia has a map there are mentioned Swedish Slottslän organization in Finland in 1600's, without Käkisalmi area. Later the towns of Priozersk (Käkisalmi/Kexholm), Viipuri (Vyborg) and Sortavala belonged to Finland, but in Viipurin lääni (Vyborg governement, or as in English Wikipedia Viipuri Province. Now the most parts of these belong to Russia, excluding the northernmost parts of ancient Käkisälmen lääni, like towns Mikkeli, Kuopio, Savonlinna, Joensuu, as a part of Finland. So, as if great parts, the northernmost, of old Swedish Käkisalmen lääni are still a part of Finland, the lääni itself has never in fact been a part of Finland, but a part of Sweden. I am aware that this kinky point has other opinions, too. It is good to understand, that the words lääni (län) and maakunta (province) mean different things.
Siksi nämä vanhojen versioiden palautukset ihmetyttävät: Suomen läänit: palautettu takaisinpäin ja Provinces of Finland 1634 - 1640, 1650 - 1721.svg sekä myös Provinces of Finland 1640 - 1641.svg, Provinces of Finland 1641 - 1642.svg, Provinces of Finland 1642 - 1646.svg, Provinces of Finland 1647 - 1648.svg ja Provinces of Finland 1648 - 1650.svg. --Area shifts (talk) 18:09, 5 February 2020 (UTC)
- Tätä olen minäkin ihmetellyt tuloksetta. --Höyhens (talk) 13:25, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
