Article Evaluation
editA few questions to consider (don't feel limited to these): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillary_Rodham_Clinton
Q: Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference? A: Yes.
Q: Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you? A: Everything in the article was relevant to the life of Hillary Clinton. It talked about her background, her career life, her marriage, the things she has accomplished, as well as some other aspects of her life.
Q: Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? A: The article stays neutral throughout. Even in the sections about "Political positions" and "Cultural and political image," where I would assume there would be the most opportunity for bias to show through, the article remained neutral and accurately portrayed all sides.
Q: Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that biased noted? A: There are over 400 sources cited. If any of these sources were biased, it did not show in the article.
Q: Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? A: I felt like all viewpoints were represented equally. Hillary Clinton obviously has supporters, people who don't approve, as well as people who are neutral. I felt like the article mentioned all of these views and accurately portrayed them.
Q: Check a few citations. Do the links work? Is there any close paraphrasing or plagiarism in the article? A: All of the links that I checked worked, and I did not notice any close paraphrasing or plagiarism.
Q: Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added? A: I felt like all of the information was up to date. The article was last edited 10 days ago, and it includes even Hillary's most recent scandal involving her email.
Speedy deletion nomination of Black AIDS Institute
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Black AIDS Institute requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. --Finngall talk 18:22, 21 April 2015 (UTC)
