Hi, Olegkagan. I want to thank you for completing a long-awaited review, and for the thoroughness and depth of your review. It will certainly serve as a major reference for future article improvement. Unfortunately, Haidill hasn't been active in quite some time, so I don't think there's any need to hold the review, particularly with the mass of items that would need to be addressed (unless there's another active editor working on the article).
