Looks like we're thinking pretty similarly on those articles. Thanks for the help! --Ronz (talk) 18:25, 7 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited Domestic rabbit, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hawthorne (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I opened a topic about your editing at WP:ANI, pls respond there.--Ymblanter (talk) 11:42, 22 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi

Please see criteria for including something into the list at the top of the page, List of active separatist movements in Asia. Those are very reasonable criteria. If you include something that satisfies these criteria, no one including me will object. Good luck! My very best wishes (talk) 15:47, 28 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

As I have said elsewhere, I think the sources already show that some of the movements meet the criteria, but clearly there is a difference in semantic understanding. I do not intend to edit the article myself due to the ANI and the vast amount of time I have had to spend on this issue. I was not very well when I made the initial edit and I should have been clearer/assumed good faith, but regardless I just want to step back from this. Halon8 (talk) 13:22, 29 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
Not a matter of semantics. If you include something in a list, that something must have a WP:COMMON NAME, and it must belong to the list. You argue that Circassian nationalism belongs to the list. But how about Russian nationalism? None of them belong to the list, because they are not movements. Something like Black Hundreds was indeed a movement. However, while being an extreme nationalist movement, it was not a separatist movement. Quite the opposite. Not all nationalist movements were separatist movements. One must understand such subjects to edit these pages. My very best wishes (talk) 19:09, 29 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
