Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. In regards to this sentence, we actually wanted it incorporated somewhere else in the article, because the source is specifically talking about the university and not the company. So if you can move that sentence to somewhere else appropriate in the article, we should be good. SilverserenC 03:50, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks Silverseren. I appreciate your message and I've left a detailed reply about this on the Paid Editor Help page. Cheers. --Hamilton83 (talk) 17:34, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
DYK for Jack Welch Management Institute
editOn 23 May 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Jack Welch Management Institute, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that students of the Jack Welch Management Institute participate in video conferences with the founder, whom Fortune magazine named Manager of the Century? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Jack Welch Management Institute. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |
Jack Welch Options
editThe best way to deal with the concerns Hipocrite has is for you to write and propose a new lede that is a full summary of the entire article and to also propose a few things to add to the Occupation section of the infobox, probably with Professor being at the bottom of the list. He does have a point that this is featuring the Jack Welch Management Institute a little too prominently compared to Welch's other accomplishments. SilverserenC 23:29, 2 June 2012 (UTC)
- I think I fixed the article to match sources. The deadlink didn't have a copy at the wayback machine so I removed the whole statement. I hope this helped.--Canoe1967 (talk) 17:58, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
Additions to the Wikipage of Jack Welch
editHello! My name is Alex and I am currently involved in a school project at Cornell University where we must edit a Wiki article with a group of students Kateheinle, Mzw3, Sjoo446, and myself. More information about the class as a whole can be found here. We had to choose a C-class level article and decided to choose Jack Welch. I just wanted to reach out to you because I will be editing and adding content some of Jack Welch's page and talking about The Jack Welch Management Institute Jack Welch. I see that you have some knowledge about this topic and you are an employee so I Just wanted to reach out and hopefully we can have some good collaboration to improve the article. If you have time, please let me know what you think and if you have any specific ideas to improve the page overall. Thank you. The Da Crook (talk) 03:11, 18 September 2014 (UTC)
