I see you were trying to add an image to the Dwayne Kelly page.
Wikipedia have restrictions on the types of images allowed to be uploaded – basically, there should be no copyright restrictions.
So, simply linking to an image found on another website is not allowed.
The best way to go about this is to upload an image to flickr with a license type of "CC-BY", ""CC-BY-SA" or "Public Domain" – as specified on this page. Obviously no one else should own this image, so you just can't get it off some website, unless you specifically get permission to do so.
Then you can follow this link: Upload at Commons (recommended) to upload the image and then update the page.
