I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. Again, welcome!

Shine

edit

Hi, pleased to meet you today and hope you found it beneficial. Congratulations on creating your first article! I have made some formatting changes to introduce links, bring it in line with the style guide on use of bold text, and have renamed it Shine (fundraising event) to bring it in line with Wikipedia's naming scheme. I've changed the Shine article to reflect this. To improve your article, find reliable sources that mention the event and include them in the article. Google News may be able to help you with this. Also, give more contextual information. Does Shine only occur in the UK? When did it start? How many people get involved. Best wishes and thank you for improving Wikipedia.
