@Storye book: Good to hear from you! Many thanks; glad you enjoyed it. There should be plenty more to come in due course: I have been compiling a full list of potential sources for Sussex and Surrey chapels with a view to working out which ones have enough info to justify standalone articles. Yes, Pevsner's ignorance of the value of Victorian architecture is my bete noir - and so is the institutionalised slavery to his works. National Heritage seem to feel uncomfortable about listing a building which is not in Pevsner (sigh). And when photographing churches, you still come across people who grumpily point out their "Victorian monstrosity" pulpit or font or whatever. The more I study Victorian architecture and its carving, the more I appreciate the depth and breadth of it. So power to you. The Victorian clergy can be fun too, can't they. I have found a couple of saints and a couple of baddies (sort of) so far - all good. Couldn't do it without Crockfords and the 19th-century newspapers, though. DYK Dorking

The new photo that has been added to the article

Hi @Hassocks5489: another user has found a better photo of the Dorking Cockerel statue and has added it to the article. I am not sure how this affects the DYK nomination, which is still live here: Template:Did you know nominations/Dorking.
