Haydon.h.
Welcome!
editHello, Haydon.h., and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Exemplo347 (talk) 09:47, 5 February 2017 (UTC)

Twice as Nice
editIf you are convinced that Twice as Nice is a notable company, I would suggest that you get rid of all the trvila and tangential references and try and get a few, perhaps 6 at most, which are reliable sources, independednt of the company and which specifically mention Twice as Nice (by that name and not by the name of an individual memeber) in a way that suggests that the company is notable. Wading through the morass of references that are present is not going to endear the article to any experienced editor. Best ofluck. Velella Velella Talk 01:55, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
Thankyou for your advice. I am wondering though, How though does the company not achieve notability regardless, under https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(music) criteria no. 6: Is an ensemble that contains two or more independently notable musicians (Haydon.h. (talk) 02:05, 5 February 2017 (UTC))
- The individual musicians may be notable under Wikipedia's rules (I haven't chcked) but this is a production company which has to achieve its own notability, in its own name independently of any notability that its members may enjoy. Regards Velella Velella Talk 02:09, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
Regardless of that, the company receives it through wikipedia's https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(music)#Criteria_for_composers_and_lyricists, criteria. 1. Has credit for writing or co-writing either lyrics or music for a notable composition. I don't see how this is not easily met by, for example, Twice as Nice's work on the song 'Needed Me'. We find this in the article with reference [7] http://www.complex.com/music/2016/01/a-look-at-the-production-credits-for-rihannas-anti-album That source is from a major independent website, which credits 'Twice As Nice' as "producers", "composers" and "lyricists" on the track 'Needed Me', which was a 4xplatinum track and one of the biggest tracks of 2016. This information is referenced in the very first paragraph of the article. This quite clearly meets the above 'notability' standards. (Haydon.h. (talk) 03:35, 5 February 2017 (UTC)) (Haydon.h. (talk) 03:32, 5 February 2017 (UTC))
Please can you reconsider your position on this matter. The group is undoubtedly notable. The page is being attacked on a basis which ignores common sense. Please see discussion on the deletion place, I urge you to reconsider. (Haydon.h. (talk) 11:17, 5 February 2017 (UTC))
- It is not for me to reconsider. I have made suggestions and, in greater part, you have chosen to ignore them. I doubt whether they would have made any dfference anyway. Please read WP:GNG carefully and comprehensively and please don't go cherry picking bits of Wikipedia guidance and policy that you believe fits your particular case. Please try and understand the philosophy and the over-arching principles of Wikipedia. Your over zealous defence and wiki-lawyering smacks just a little of paid editing, and, if that is the case, your Wikipedia career will undoubtedly be short lived. Velella Velella Talk 11:28, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
- paid editing? I just don't like being told I'm wrong, and being patronised by some wiki-editor hero. I am a lawyer by trade though. I don't see why I can't cherry pick bits of wikipedia guidance and policy that fit my particular case, when it is the same guidance and policy being cherry picked to delete an article.
Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Haydon.h.. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. You must disclose your Conflict of Interest Exemplo347 (talk) 09:49, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
