Re: the William Adama admiral/rear admiral thing: I watched the Cain arc recently (a few weeks ago) and I don't remember her rank being stated explicitly as "rear admiral". It's from the extended version of "Pegasus" that appeared on the DVD release.

Perfect Game

You said in the perfect game page that the ruined perfect game by the tigers on june 2 was a controversial call. I submit to you that it was not only a controversial call but a FAILED INNACURATE Call.
