Hi, I saw your edit summary at Hussein Mehmedov but, per Wikipedia's policies on biographies of living people, uncited material on the pages of living (or possibly living) people must be removed so, without some sort of confirmation in a reliable source, I cannot allow notice of his death to remain on the page. The threshold for inclusion on Wikipedia is verifiability, not truth, and, since I have no way to verify who you say you are or that what you say is true, I cannot allow this information remain on Wikipedia. If there were untrue material on your grandfather, we know you'd want it removed immediately. For the same reason, we must make absolutely certain that anything printed in that biography is true and verifiable, because we know that these biographies can have real and potentially serious effects on actual individuals.
If you do want to include the information on Wikipedia, there are two options. If you have a reference a third-party, reliable source that we can use to verify his death (like an obituary), that would be easy, just reply with it here and I can convert it into a proper citation. If not, but you have some sort of other evidence (a death certificate, the pamphlet from the funeral, or something along those lines), you can submit it directly to the Volunteer Response Team (I can help you with that if necessary) and they will verify the information and add it to the biography. - Thanks for the information and the reference! I'll add it to the article. Canadian Paul 22:22, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
