Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Evangelos Natsis, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Aetos. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Siege of Sevastopol (1854–1855), as "minor" only if they are minor edits. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. What is the point in going to dozens of Greek military history articles and changing the spacing in the infoboxes or switching images from left to right?--Catlemur (talk) 20:45, 17 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have changed more than simply spacing and image placements. However, to answer your question, I move the images so that they are next to the respective section they are relevant to, rather than next to the references and under the infobox. As for the rest of my edits which you have neglected to acknowledge, they are to create a uniformity and consistency which articles on the Greek War of Independence previously lacked. Many used period incorrect flags, terms, etc. which have been replaced. Heartland Monarchist (talk) 14:40, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Inaccurate account. Please refer to General Makriyiannis memoirs regarding Gogos Bakolas. Why do you ignore Makriyiannis account of Bakolas? Also Deliyiannis and Kasomoulis. Also historian Kokkinos and Papakostas etc. Even Mavrokordatos correspondence to Bakolas does not place blame nor can him a traitor. 121.200.11.232 (talk) 15:23, 21 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please see my edit of Kostas Botsaris, where I fixed some problems. Every change I made was for a reason, and every reason was stated in the edit summary. —Anomalocaris (talk) 21:31, 27 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

{{tree list}} must be closed with {{tree list/end}}. I fixed Georgios Filippopoulos and Antonios Georgantas. Please be sure that every article in which you have inserted {{tree list}}, that template is closed with {{tree list/end}}. —Anomalocaris (talk) 04:57, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

I edited Yannis Gouras with three changes: {{tree list/end}}. <small> closed with </small>, not another <small>. Ranges of dates, years, or other all require an en dash (–), not a hyphen (-). Please review my edit and avoid these errors in the future. Also, it would be great to review the articles you've edited recently and retrofit these changes in. Cheers! —Anomalocaris (talk) 21:38, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please see my edit of Angelis Govios, with edit summary "{{Greek War of Independence}} unbulleted to avoid multiline table in list lint error and indent leak to end of page; {{Tree list/end}}; use en dash (–) not hyphen (-) for range of pages; use pp. not p. before more than one page, including a range of pages".

Note that in the version before my edit, contrary to Wikipedia style
  • the navboxes at the end of the article are indented
  • page ranges use a hyphen (-) instead of an en dash (–)
  • page ranges are preceded with p. instead of pp.
  • The missing {{Tree list/end}} does not cause a visible display problem, but it could cause a display problem in the future.

Please try to avoid these sorts of errors. Cheers! —Anomalocaris (talk) 21:54, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Heartland Monarchist: I left my previous message for you urging you, not for the first time, to always close {{Tree list}} with {{Tree list/end}}. That was at 21:54, 28 June 2023 (UTC). Just 49 minutes later, you edited Konstantinos Kanaris at 22:43, 28 June 2023 (UTC), inserting {{Tree list}} without {{Tree list/end}}. Please fix it, and please, always close {{Tree list}} with {{Tree list/end}}. Cheers! —Anomalocaris (talk) 22:54, 28 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
