Proposed deletion of School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University

The article School of Life Sciences, Lanzhou University has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A general department of a university which itself does not meet the criteria of NSCHOOL and GNG should have a separate page. I redirected it to the university but the creator of the page refused so PROD is here.
