What's with the "Undid revision 424926674 by ThomasO1989 (talk) (Article is full or rumor and speculation)" edit summary? My edit was simply fixing a broken ref tag. --ThomasO1989 (talk) 01:28, 20 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

My mistake. I apologize. It was supposed to be directed at an earlier user. He removed a small bit of speculation while ignoring that the entire article is full of rumor and speculation. It reeked of cherry picking. --heladyacross (talk) 10:27, 20 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

By the way, you want the article deleted because of it being a rumor? Your adding unsourced info, too. Like this: "Furthermore, due to the existence of the Nintendo 3DS, a controller that doubles as a portable game device would come in direct competition with the Nintendo 3DS. Sources have yet to explain how Nintendo intends to handle such a situation." Do you have a source as to how this would be a problem? TheStickMan[✆Talk] 11:38, 21 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, as Stick Man is getting at, you're going about it the wrong way. Rather than throwing more speculation and unverified info at the article, try concentrating on the policies it's going against in your arguments. That is more likely to be effective. Well, I am looking to add a source for that. The rumors suggest a portable Wii, which makes very little sense for Nintendo to do when they just released the 3DS. It would be like punching yourself in the stomach. Thanks for the advice. --heladyacross (talk) 13:17, 21 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • Can you please use stars or colons when talking in a discussion? If you don't, then it starts off back at the beginning instead of following the flow of the discussion. Thanks, Blake (Talk·Edits) 13:53, 21 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
I just need to add this: IGN has long been a reliable source on Wikipedia, and trust me, people on here have looked into it. Wikipedia can get harsh with who counts as reliable, and if IGN made it through, then I'd trust them. TheStickMan[✆Talk] 17:04, 22 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
