Dear Helga To begin with, please read the above advice from another contributor, who points out that you have a conflict of interest. I had another look at the deleted article, and I see that almost every sentence contains either praise for the organisation or a reason why people should use it. This is not what wikipedia is about. An organisation doesn't have to be commercial to "advertise" its services. See Wikipedia:Spam for more information about this. If you want to create a new article about Witness Justice, please bear in mind the guidelines on Wikipedia:Neutral point of view and Wikipedia:Notability. Then have another go.
