Draft:Krys Lee

edit

I've removed your submission of this draft article from the Articles for Creation queue. While the subject clearly merits a Wikipedia article, this draft clearly incorporates far too much verbatim text from the sources you cited, and is very close to being deleted over copyright issues. It also relies too heavily on Lee's own promotional biography.

These are easily solved problems, however. Please rewrite the "borrowed" text in your own words and cite the salient facts to more independent sources, such as the professionally published interviews of Lee already cited in your draft (as well as her own site). In addition, articles on writers benefit greatly from a discussion of their critical reception. Lee has been reviewed in the New York Times (and presumably elsewhere); brief summaries of such reviews would go a long way toward demonstrating her notability, and the reviews are also likely to be useful as supporting citations for some facts in her biography.

Please drop a note on my talk page if you have any questions. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. (talk) 22:50, 4 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
