The speed at which you were welcoming, and the fact that it's all you've done since registering, suggests you are not a new account. Mass-welcoming is also unnecessary if the user has never edited; edits at bot-like speeds are suspicious. Hence why the block was made. PeterSymonds (talk) 23:24, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
