editYour recent editing history at Yom Kippur War shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
The article is part of WP:ARBPIA and it under WP:1RR rule you made two reverts please self revert Shrike (talk) 14:08, 8 October 2014 (UTC)

Yom Kippur War
editHello, on Yom Kippur War article you removed a claim(Israeli victory) supported by 8 sources for no reason and added controversial data. When your edit was reverted you should have discussed it on talk page and seek for consensus. Please revert your last edit[1] and discuss it or you will be reported. Please follow the rules Wikipedia:Edit warring and Wikipedia:Consensus. Infantom (talk) 14:14, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
Please be aware that you have just violated the WP:1RR imposed on the article and you are likely to face a block for this. There is already a discussion concerning you on the administrators' noticeboard. My advice is (assuming you don't get blocked for 24 hours) to refrain from resorting to such behavior in the future and to discuss those changes on the article's talk page by providing accurate reasoning of why you consider your version of the article to be the correct one. It's really not worth edit-warring. Regards, Fitzcarmalan (talk) 15:31, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
- Furthermore, please stop referring to everything as vandalism (try to read what it means on Wikipedia first). In this case, your accusations are far from being correct and many editors might consider this offensive and not complying with WP:NPA and WP:CIVIL. Thank you, Fitzcarmalan (talk) 15:36, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
- Hello Fitzcarmalan, are you addressing me? Infantom (talk) 16:39, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
Links and categories
editHello, please do not add links to countries and other common terms, as you did at Lee Cox (athlete), because this is considered overlinking. Also, don't add top-level categories to articles, as you did at Thomas Rice (1734), where you added Category:Clergy. Regarding some of your other edits, it's not a good idea to edit in areas where you have strong opinions about issues; see the essay beware of the tigers. Graham87 16:24, 8 October 2014 (UTC)
