This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. --NE2 00:03, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Toddst1 (talk) 01:49, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Highspeedrailusa (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
The links I have been trying to add to SEPTA rail line pages are no different than the links, I provided months ago to New Jersey Transit rail line pages. The links in dispute are to various SEPTA rail lines illustrated on Google Maps. They provide the SEPTA rail line being discussed as well as possible proposals and extensions to these rail lines. They are being added due to the positive feedback I received for the NJ Transit map links I provided months ago.
Decline reason:
This does not address the personal attacks which were a major cause of your block. Dekimasuよ! 03:18, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I was just about to say the same thing, but got hit by an edit conflict. If you wish to be unblocked early, please ensure your request addresses how you will work with other editors to come to a consensus about these links, and seek dispute resolution if things get heated rather than resorting to ad hominem attacks. Please see this guide for more information. Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:19, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Request reason:
These links are in no way disruptive. They are useful information for SEPTA's rail lines. I will continue to add these links because they are useful for the article. Like I mentioned yesterday - The links I have been trying to add to SEPTA rail line pages are no different than the links, I provided months ago to New Jersey Transit rail line pages.
User states s/he "will continue to add these links" despite lack of consensus. Toddst1 (talk) 23:53, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
