Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Hillysilly. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about ensuring their edits are verified by reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

Declaration

I am a non-paid wikipedia editor who is here for constructive contribution. I participated in the deletion discussions as I found those pages informative and constructive for wikipedia. I am a new comer to wikipedia. Every day I am learning new things. I can understand the programming part as I am a programmer. I am reading the pages and messages incoming to my account and learning every day.Regarding the edits I always state a valid reason for the edits.If there is anything else you would like me to go through it feel free to state it. Hi, Logical Cowboy, thank you for your constant guidance. I was browsing some books on Amazon, I found his book called Opium Eater quite intresting. I keep on correcting pages. So an idea struck to my mind, why not start creating one for someone. Then I did lil bit of online research and found him notable and started. Should I continue or stop??? I am not a part of COI

Dear Logical cowboy, This is to bring to your notice that the page you talking about was listed in the category:All Articles Needing Copy Edit. I choose this page because this page had the wrong use of the ref tag. So I corrected only the code. I didn't check the links if they were notable or not.I simply corrected the ref tag.
