Please help me with moving my article to the public domain. The word "Move" hasn't yet appeared above, a week since I created a User Page hlm2805.
With thanks, Rivka Toledano

- Two points.
- All works published on Wikipedia are under a CC BY-SA 3.0 License unless otherwise noted. So when you first published the text on wikipedia you didn't include anywhere (Such as an edit summary) that it is in the public domain, then you cannot change this
- The 'Move' Button on pages is for moving the title of a page, nothing to do with Copyright. And it does not appear unless your Autoconfirmed
- Hope this has helped. Happy editing! LorChat 09:31, 15 December 2014 (UTC)
