Hoar Program Managment
July 2016
editHello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Hoar Program Management, from its old location at User:Hoar Program Managment/sandbox/Hoar Program Management. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Daniel kenneth (talk) 16:26, 22 July 2016 (UTC)

Username policy and COI
editWikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a business directory. Businesses must show themselves to meet the notability standards of WP:CORP to be in the encyclopedia. No promotion of companies or products are allowed.
The encyclopedia is created by individuals who adhere to a strict policy of neutrality and WP:VERFIABILITY of information, much like is required in academia and the sciences.
Your username is in violation of the wp:Username policy because it appears to represent a company, not an individual. Usernames that are company names are considered promotional. Follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Changing_username, in particular see the fourth point under "Alternatives to consider." If you do not change your username, this account may be blocked from editing.
In addition, the fact that you are creating an article for a company of the same name, indicates that you may have a conflict of interest. More information about COI and the policies around this are given below. Note that although it is acceptable to create and edit an article in draft space when one has a conflicting interest, it is not allowable to do so with articles that are in the non-draft Wikipedia. If this article does get promoted to the main Wikipedia, you will not be able to make direct edits to it; instead, you will need to request that other, uninterested editors manage updates that you may suggest. Articles in general are editable by anyone who is not in conflict. Thank you for following the policies of the Wikipedia community. LaMona (talk) 03:13, 4 August 2016 (UTC)
Hello, Hoar Program Managment. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you.
