editI have seen your comment on Talk:Aromatic ring current. You can upload images to Wikipedia after some period of time (I guess, 4 days after your registration). You need just click on the red link to the file and follow instructions that will appear. Alternatively you can click on "Upload file" on the left panel of your screen under "Toolbox" section. I have also heard that it is possible to upload images directly to Commons immediately after registration there (it is preferable place for uploading files, because your file will be available for Wikipedias in other languages as well). --Pavlo Chemist (talk) 17:03, 19 July 2011 (UTC)
