editHello, I'm ButterCashier. I noticed that you recently removed content from Katie Flynn without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Katie Flynn. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Hello, Holly Flynn, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as KFBWT (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 17:15, 17 February 2023 (UTC)
Adding photograph
editHi. Thanks for updating the info. I'd like to add a photo of my mother and I, but have no idea as to how to do it. Can you please advise? Holly Flynn (talk) 11:51, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
- If you are editing an article about your mother, please read the guidance about conflict of interest. - David Biddulph (talk) 15:29, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
- About an image. WP, and the sister-site we keep most pics on, Commons, are both very careful about copyright. I added one from [1] to the article, which is allowed since your mother is no longer with us (WP:FAIRUSE). If you want, you can "donate" more, if you own the copyright, which basically means you took it yourself. If that's something you want to do, use the process that starts here. You can then tell me it's done, and I'll add it to the article. Hope this helps. Don't upload pics taken by others as "own work" which in this context means "I took it." If you upload pics that has been previously published somewhere else, you may have to prove that they're your's via more bureaucratic means (may happen anyway), more on that at [2]. Hope this helps.
