Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Request reason:
I have been on Wikipedia for almost a decade. I would really appreciate a good justification. My actions must have been really serious to justify an indefinite ban. Please explain. Please note that I have already suffered a 31-hour ban for the alleged violations of Wikipedia's biographies of living persons. Can you really punish somebody twice for the same crime? Homme (talk) 13:26, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
You are not being punished. The encyclopedia is being protected from your transphobia. Appeal declined. Courcelles (talk) 13:49, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
For a lack of better words, unbe-blooody-lievable! I cannot believe what is happening.
One Wikipedia administrator bans me forever from Wikipedia citing something, for which I have already "served time". Another Wikipedia administrator, instead of explaining the reasoning behind such a harsh sanction, just labels me as transphobic. That is it. That is all I get.
Courcelles, you even censored my comment on the talk page of the Trans woman article. What kind of transphobia did you manage to find there? I am simply exposing the inconsistency in the definitions. I am basically quoting Wikipedia. I have utmost sympathy and compassion for those suffering from gender dysphoria. How are you not ashamed of labeling people so self-righteously and unapologetically?
I guess I have no choice other than to keep appealing this block until a sane administrator is chosen to make a decision based on rules, not on personal ideology.
Decline reason:
Talk page access revoked. Courcelles (talk) 14:28, 8 June 2023 (UTC)

- To elaborate, as Courcelles said above, you are not being punished. The encyclopedia is being protected from your transphobia. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 15:37, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
- Annnd It was not a single transphobe remark. It was a slew of them, so let's abandon that appeal to gullibility in defiance of actual events.. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 13:58, 15 June 2023 (UTC)
