That's an interesting idea! I'd suggest going to User:Jimbo Wales and clicking the "email this user" link on the left-hand side of the page. Jimbo's one of the few people who could make a call on something like that. It takes him a while to respond sometimes -- he's a busy guy -- but that's probably your best shot at getting an answer. Hey Honk, I'd suggest you make a proposal about it here on your user page. The board you've been posting to is one intended for issues requiring administrators' attention, so it's probably not the best place to discuss your idea.
