WikiProject Missouri

There hasn't been much activity at WikiProject Missouri or any of its child projects lately, and I saw your name on the list of active participants. If you are willing to jump in again, please consider helping to revive the project:

If you know anyone who might be interested in Missouri (its history, culture, sports, people, places, architecture, etc.), please pass this message along to them! If you are still interested in the project but aren't currently active, please add yourself to the list of inactive participants at the bottom of this list. Thanks!

On behalf of the project,  fetchcomms 00:04, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for responding, the smaller projects are always in need of help. If you know anyone who might be interested, please don't hesitate to invite them to join!  fetchcomms 15:41, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Irish cream?

It looks like Bailey & others were in the original page & got taken out along the way. I don't have a copy of Georgano, so I can't say. My main issue is over removing rather than filling; I prefer to hope the redlinks will encourage. It appears, from Clymer here, there was a relationship; perhaps a tenuous one... I figured out the connection. From the Rotary engine page: "Cars with rotary engines were built by American companies Adams-Farwell, Bailey, Balzer and Intrepid, amongst others." HornColumbia (talk) 03:12, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
Huh. Thanks for looking. And for the note on the A-F talk page. While I'm here, let me ask if you've an interest in custom cars? Like the Hirohata Merc, say? (Plug, plug. ;p) TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 04:32, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
I'm a big old car fan. If the weather ever gets warmer here, I'll be spending a little less time on Wikipedia and more time in my unheated garage trying to get my '67 Mustang back on the road.HornColumbia (talk) 12:11, 18 March 2010 (UTC)

Roots supercharger needs cleanup

[1]

This edit somehow added the whole output of the article to the end of a section, but the article has been edited since, so needs a careful cleanup. Would you be willing, as a more experienced editor, to do so, or should I bring this to the attention of someone else? Emyr42 (talk) 13:16, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

I put in a fix. I think I've got it right now.HornColumbia (talk) 01:55, 25 March 2010 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:KC Life logo.JPG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:KC Life logo.JPG. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Courcelles 05:11, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
