Hi Nortw and welcome to Wikipedia! Apologies for not informing you I had declined your article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Man Who Effect. Glad you noticed. Thankyou for your message on my Talk page.

I'm not an expert in psychology therefore can only base my decision on the information and sources you have provided in your article. I can't see any definition (or mention) in your sources of the 'Man Who Effect'. One of the main tenets of Wikipedia is that information is verifiable in reliable sources. Another tenet is that subjects of articles need to be widely known/widely used/important. You will need to find sources to convince us that the 'Man Who Effect' is a widely used term and is used to define the phenomenon you describe.
