Usury

edit

I undid this edit [1]. Could you try to say what you want to say on the article talk page, Talk:Usury ? William M. Connolley (talk) 08:14, 18 July 2011 (UTC) the translation usury for Riba is based on previous understanding of the term where it was same as interest however now usury means exorbitant rate of interest therefore it is not proper to quote those translations.(Hrsiddique (talk) 15:08, 20 July 2011 (UTC))Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 03:38, 20 July 2011 (UTC) Inferences drawn from an analysis based on purely scientific and rational arguments can not be termed biased. opinion that stands disproved can not be allowed to stay on ground of neutrality.(Hrsiddique (talk) 15:11, 20 July 2011 (UTC))Reply

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 15:24, 20 July 2011 (UTC) these are the ways that allow wrong views to be propogated and truth is suppressed. the result is growing fraud and corruption. what is happening is due to wrong policies of those who run the world. Majority of Islamic scholars hold that interest even if small is Riba Text of Quran declares any excess to be riba. Therefore translating it as Usury and now when usury means exorbiant rate is wrong and it must be changed. (Hrsiddique (talk) 07:03, 23 July 2011 (UTC))Reply
