A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. The Mediation Committee requires that all parties listed in a mediation must be notified of the mediation. Please review the request at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation/Gigablast, and indicate whether you agree or refuse to mediate. If you are unfamiliar with mediation, please refer to Wikipedia:Mediation. There are only seven days for everyone to agree, so please check as soon as possible.

Your false and malicious posting about Gigablast's HR practices are greatly unappreciated. If you have some kind of vendeta against Gigablast it is asked that you confront us directly instead of doing childish things like this.

Okay, seriously, who do you even think has been fired "on whim or mood"? Moulik? He was let go due to his extremely poor performance. His developement skills were lacking, he was slow, and was not learning at a satisfactory rate. He took no initiative in developing his projects beyond what was described to him, wrote poor and buggy code, and had little input towards the dirction of the company as whole. The only other person let go was due to conflict in interests and only involved how the business was run. So please, give me one instance of someone fired "on whim or mood".
