Rocks and Minerals task-force

edit

Hi Hyperdeath. I think the best thing to do would be to leave a note on the talk page of Wikipedia:WikiProject Rocks and Minerals and explain what you'd like to do. Then, if people want to join a task-force, they'll be with you from stage one. In my opinion, an extension of the project (something like Wikipedia:WikiProject Rocks and Minerals/Classifying minerals) would be sufficient as a start, and when the project grows through interest (or argument perhaps!), it can be upgraded to a task-force or WikiProject in its own right. First, though, it's best to go to the talk page and see what the WikiProject's members think. Good work so far! Keep me updated. Best, PeterSymonds | talk 07:23, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits

edit

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 10:51, 24 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Khamosh

edit

Hi, of course I could talk to User:Khamosh, but I'm affraid he wouldn't take me (as a 'vandal') seriously. Furthermore, there were already others who tried to talk to him, but Khamosh had blanked his page, so the comments on his page of User:Michael Johnson and [User:Aunt Entropy]] cannot be seen. but I guess that aWikipedia:Requests_for_comment#Request_comment_on_users could go on.Jeff5102 (talk) 13:34, 24 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Rollback

edit

Hello Hyperdeath, I have granted rollback rights to your account; the reason for this is that after a review of some of your contributions, I believe I can trust you to use rollback correctly by using it for its intended usage of reverting vandalism, and that you will not abuse it by reverting good-faith edits or to revert-war. For information on rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback and Wikipedia:Rollback feature. If you do not want rollback, just let me know, and I'll remove it. Good luck and thanks. Template state

edit

Hi Hyperdeath,

I see you reverted my edit one of the mineral templates. I collapsed the template do to the large size of the template, This is the normal solution for large templates, such as the mammal order templates, which tend to take up large areas at the bottom of article pages, in some cases as much or more then the article itself. These templates will continue to grow as more minerals are added. If a person is interested in related minerals the template is still on the articles and they just need to click the show button. --Kevmin (talk) 01:09, 20 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

V4641 listed at Redirects for discussion

edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect V4641. Since you had some involvement with the V4641 redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Icalanise (talk) 19:47, 27 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Richard Milton

edit

Hi Hyperdeath

I'm contacting you because you have contributed to the page and discussion on Richard Milton. I am working on a re-write for Richard Milton's page. This is my first wikipedia project, so I have written something up in sandbox, and am inviting comments, as I would like to get it right in sandbox rather than publishing it and getting lots of flak!

Would you be so kind as to have a look at my sandbox and my talk on this?

Thank you
