Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Born To Quit. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. A question

Do not recreate the article again, or you may be blocked from editing, as that article was deleted per a deletion discussion. If you wish to overturn the deletion, take it up with WP:DRV.— dαlus Contribs 01:37, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Born To Quit

edit

A tag has been placed on Born To Quit, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. — dαlus Contribs 01:37, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. — dαlus Contribs 01:39, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Born To Quit.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Born To Quit.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I10 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file that is not an image, sound file or video clip [i.e. a Word document or PDF file] that has no encyclopedic use.

Friendly warning

edit

Based on your edits, I'm pretty sure you're an editor who has been blocked before, with a new username. If you're not, you are acting just like him in making inappropriate edits, then edit-warring with other editors to keep your inappropriate edits in the encyclopedia. If you'd like to stop and avoid being indefinitely blocked, this is the time. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 01:56, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
